All our fees for services are fixed and we provide budget for every project we do before we start to avoid any unexpected costs and fees.
Our fixed fee includes preparation and filing a trademark application with the USPTO; preparation and filing responses to Examiner's objections (Office Actions) – any grounds; reporting a Notice of publication; reporting a Notice of Allowance to register a mark; Preparing and filing a Statement of Use (SOU) or an extension of time to file the SOU (deadline may be extended up to 5 times for 6 months each); checking and sending the original Certificate; and reporting all upcoming deadline for renewal of the trademark registration.
We provide corporate services on fixed fee bases that include registration of US based corporation or LLC; corporate book; corporate seal; certificates of shares or units; basic shareholder or operating agreement; actual physical office location in Michigan as satellite office of Delaware LLC or Corporation; EIN tax number based on social security number of attorney; opening bank account with major US banks; and services of registered agent and corporate counsel.
